learn how to foster emotional resilience within the workplace. Over 4.5 weeks,
from March 1 to March 31, I immersed myself in two vital subjects: CHCMGT003:
Lead the Work Team and CHCMGT005: Facilitate Workplace Debriefing and
Support Processes. This period of focused learning not only strengthened my
ability to lead but also provided me with valuable tools to support my team
during challenging times.

healthy work environment. I explored techniques like mindfulness, reflective
practice, and stress management strategies to support both myself and my team.
3.
Creating Safe Spaces:

judgment-free spaces where team members could openly discuss their concerns. I
practiced active listening, validating emotions, and guiding conversations
toward constructive outcomes.

performance. By fostering resilience and supporting my team, I can contribute
